The Property Improvement Division is focused on insuring that the investment made by our client is always kept at the highest level possible.  We are dedicated to customer service.

In order to achieve these results we continue to recruit and train the best personnel in the industry.  We have also specialized staff in some of the more technically advanced areas such as insect/disease control, pruning, flower care and irrigation.  Our team approach is another benefit to our continued success.  By teaming a Property Improvement Manager and Foreman we are able to keep up with the changing needs of our clients' landscapes.

Our Property Improvement Manager can help set-up all of the services for our clients' properties including services outside of the traditional landscape maintenance.  We also have specialized design personnel to meet the ever changing challenges of seasonal flower beds and containers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question:  Who is my contact person for Maintenance questions?

Answer: A Property Improvement Manager is assigned to each client.  They are here to do site inspections, schedule crews and answer any questions our clients may have.  They will also assist in any new ideas for improving the property.  You can also talk to our client relations team and they can help with many questions.


Question: Who can I talk to when there is a crew working on my site?

Answer: Each crew has a foreman who will lead the crew to assure all the tasks are completed at each visit.  The foreman is also there to answer any questions our clients may have and address any concerns on the spot.  Also the Property Improvement Manager is available to answer any questions and also to visit the crews on the site to assure we are achieving the results our clients are looking for.


Question: Who do I call if I want flowers, vegetables or bulbs planted?

Answer: You can call the Property Improvement Manager at any time to discuss flower needs.  We also have additional resources and people to help our clients for new designs or ideas and the Property Improvement Manager can help to set this up.


Question: What if I have a special project and I am not sure if it is a Maintenance item or Construction?

Answer: The best place to start is with the Property Improvement Manager.  They will be able to assist you in matching up the correct group of people to best suit the needs of your project.


Question: If I have a struggling plant or lawn problem whom shall I call?

Answer: Our Property Improvement Managers and Foreman are trained to identify and diagnose most plant problems.  If they cannot come up with an answer, we have a vast network of resources both inside our company and outside to help diagnose the problem and create a treatment plan.


Question: If I have a dead plant what should I do?

Answer: Our foreman or Property Improvement Manager identify most dead plant issues on a regular basis during regular site visits.  For clients who are covered under our ongoing plant guarantee we will replace these usually without being asked.  If we have not informed you of any dead plants please feel free to call the Property Improvement Manager to bring the issue to our attention.


Question: How do I go about contacting my Property Improvement Manager?

Answer: When we send out our confirmation of work orders we provide contact information for our clients.  This includes our main office number and a direct cellular line for the Property Improvement Manager.  There is also additional support numbers for the Division Manager.


Question: Who do I call with billing questions?

Answer: The first call can be made to our billing department.  An account manager will assist you with your questions.  Sometimes your question is very site specific and the Property Improvement Manager will be best suited to answer these questions.
