ANNUALS BUYER
Seeking an experienced Annuals Buyer for full time opportunity. Knowledgeable, self motivated individual with attention to detail, well-informed of sources from where to purchase excellent quality plant materials, proactive in locating and cultivating new vendor relationships and keeping current on new plants and industry trends. Candidate must possess a proven success of maintaining positive relationships with vendors, internal and external clients. Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of thinking and reacting quickly to client requests and changes, an organized planner with excellent computer skills. Must possess a valid driver’s license as driving is an essential job function.
MECHANIC
Looking for a professional automotive, diesel, small engine and heavy equipment technician with minimum of 5 years experience for full time position. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, exceptional communication skills, follow directions and work independently. Perform duties to maintain a safe and efficient fleet; including landscape vehicles, landscaping equipment, snow removal and ice control vehicles and equipment. Additional responsibilities include ordering parts, scheduling work, performing diagnosis and repair on fleet vehicles, small engines, material handling equipment, and light construction equipment. Must possess a valid driver’s license as driving is an essential job function. CDL license is preferred, but not required. Available for 1st or 2nd shift.
CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER
Manages client relations and product quality in the field between the organization and our Property Improvement clients. Responsible for the entire life cycle of the client experience. Ensure an excellent level of customer service as a priority at all times by executing and achieving the “Scott Byron Experience” consistently through regular assessment, coaching and follow-up with their team. Responsibilities include communicating with the client on a regular basis, fulfilling requests, addressing complaints and resolving problems. Schedules all work closely with Field Manager and Flower Sales. Must possess a valid driver’s license as driving is an essential job function.
SITE SUPERVISOR
Manages Property Improvement work orders and contracts at client’s site. Responsibilities include coordination and execution of landscape service work, manage onsite work schedules, interface with Client Relations Manager, Field Manager, Flower Sales and Technical Manager, buyers, etc. on material status and production planning issues. Train and equip work team with skills, knowledge, and attitudes or experience necessary to do their job. Must possess a valid driver’s license as driving is an essential job function.
